A fabulous black felt top hat, with inner elastic for a snug fit that will suit a variety of ages from age 3 years and up. Finished with a lovely black satin ribbon trim.

Made by Hawkins Country, this beautiful hat is made from 100% wool fabric, and is perfect for pulling out toy rabbits, silk hankies and all manner of magical items! Alternatively it can also be used for rounding up the lions during a circus performance and goes wonderfully well with our very own Circus Jacket.
