Luxurious trims are first layered up, and applied to the brightest 100% cotton velvet, to create the ultimate heirloom dress up piece. 8 millitary buttons are then handsewn to finish this incredibly special item of clothing. Lined in Liberty Adelajda tana lawn cotton, your little one is sure to relish wearing this item for a long long time. Designed to fit for at least three years, the cuffs may be worn rolled up or down.
